WE sat in the bar area on this trip, and I tried the 

FRIED CHEESE” & BACON BURGER*  it was around $10 or so.

Here is their advertisement for this Burger, The best bacon cheeseburger in town! Fried cheese, thick-cut hardwood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion & Amazin’ Sauce.

The Waitress was very good and asked how I wanted my Burger Cooked, as always I ordered it Medium-Well done, on this trip, my Wife ordered the Steak, and she was just going to taste my Burger for the review.

It looked great when it arrived, very big burger, the lettuce, tomato and onion and pickles all looked very good and fresh, it took a big bite to get into this burger, it was very good, the Bacon was excellent, the Beef was pretty good, the Fried Cheese, well it was pretty bad, I would never order it with the Fried Cheese again and would not recommend it, if you want Fried cheese, order that alone, and get a Plain Burger, the Fried Cheese ruined this one, when you bite into the burger, this big piece of Fried cheese busts open and hot cheese pours out everywhere, not a good mix on this burger.

The Fries were good, bun was ok.

Underneath that Fried Cheese was a pretty good tasting Burger overall, the Fried Cheese was good when I removed some from the Burger and ate it alone, but mixed with the Burger, the Flavors just did not sit well with either of us, we both agreed a good burger, good fried cheese, but only when they are eaten Separately.

Definitely it had some spices in it, for a change, which helped the flavor a lot.

Her Steak was Fair, and a bit overpriced.

Final Thoughts: Pretty good Burger, Good Fried cheese, excellent Bacon, but don't get the Fried Cheese on the Burger, they do not work or taste well together.
